LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our products have been tested and evaluated beyond the normal rigors of civilian gear by members of the United States Military in urban and field environments. It is our goal to provide you durable products that will stand the test of time regardless of the situation in which you may find yourself.

Because of this, HighSpeedDaddy offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material or workmanship / construction for the life of the gear.

If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace the product at our discretion (excluding shipping costs).  

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

1. Improper care - machine washers / dryers / harsh soaps and chemical cleaners
2. Improper storage - outdoors and wet environments
3. Normal wear and tear (IE: movable parts / hook and loop strips / the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.)

If you think that your item presents a legitimate defect that prevents the gear from it's intended use, and is not considered normal wear and tear, please reach out to our Customer Service at info@highspeeddaddy.com with your original order information and pictures of the issue at hand.  We will be glad to work with you and replace the gear in its entirety or provide a refund for the actual value of the item (minus shipping costs) if necessary.
