Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that impair the function of the product, for the expected useful life of the product under normal use, as determined by HighSpeedDaddy.
Eligibility
Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, aging, fading, or cosmetic issues not affecting functionality.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
Damage caused by improper care (including but not limited to machine washing/drying, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning).
Damage from environmental conditions, including but not limited to prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, UV light, or outdoor storage.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
Shipping costs related to warranty service.
Remedy
At its sole discretion, HighSpeedDaddy will replace a defective product. If an identical product is not available, HighSpeedDaddy may substitute a comparable product. Refunds are not offered.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive and in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HighSpeedDaddy shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products.
State Law Rights
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email info@highspeeddaddy.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. HighSpeedDaddy will provide instructions for evaluation.
