HighSpeedDaddy ships domestically throughout the United States and to all entities part of the US shipping system - US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, Guam, APO's and military bases.
We currently do not offer international shipping yet outside of North America (We do service Mexico and Canada), but are looking to add that capability soon. We do, however, offer some International Export capabilities through our Amazon.com Store.
We utilize UPS for most items with several different speeds available from Ground to Overnight. We also utilize USPS Priority Mail.
All prices are calculated during checkout.
For all gear, outside of Apparel, we typically ship within 1 business day Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday typically ship out the following Monday.
*Apparel (not including Woobie Hoodies) is currently shipped using Standard, Flat rate only. We utilize print on demand and typically get these out the door in 3-5 business days with USPS shipping on top of this (usually 3-5 business days as well). These items will ship separately from all other gear.
If you purchased an item directly from HighSpeedDaddy.com and would like to return it within 30 days, we will issue you a refund or store credit (minus any shipping costs). We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Returned items must be in perfect, un-used condition with original tags still attached. Please email us at info@highspeeddaddy.com with the order number to begin the return authorization process.
*Because our apparel is print on demand and made to order, we can not accept returns or exchanges for different sizes.
