Introducing the NEW HighSpeedDaddy Line of Mini Woobies!!!

November 22, 2017

mini woobie wet weather poncho liner camo

So there I was…

...sitting on the couch, watching some TV, snuggled up in a lightweight, soft, faded camouflage blanket bringing me back to the days of when I was a toddler watching TV on the couch.

Seriously...there I was! And apparently VERY enthused with watching the same episode of Paw Patrol for the 50th time

Yup, that’s right, this was only some months ago!  I’m a 36 yr old adult male now!  But let me explain… This was no ordinary blanket.  Me and this blanket had been through A LOT together. It had kept me warm through hundreds of cold nights, and even warm nights when I just needed something to snuggle with. We braved numerous reconnaissance missions together…me, my team, and our army blankets.  You could say that these blankets became our “baby blankets” or “security blankets” of sorts. We wouldn’t leave for a mission without them.  Whether we were using them to keep us warm, provide a makeshift shelter, insulate us from the ground, provide camouflage for a hide site, or even to just block the sun when it was 120 degrees in the desert…our “Woobie’s” never left our side. So when HighSpeedLittleMan came over and said that he wanted a blanket just like daddy, what else would a HighSpeedDaddy do to make his son happy?!?! . . . . .

Introducing The HSD Mini Woobie Poncho Liner

(HSD Woobie Series Poncho Liners in Multicam - Baby, Toddler, and Adult sizes)

If you've ever been in the military you know EXACTLY what a "Woobie" is! Made of the same materials as the current issued “liner, wet weather, poncho” (as it's officially called by the military) it consists of two layers of water resistant and SOFT ripstop nylon with a polyester batting sewn up along the sides and crosswise to ensure a very durable, yet lightweight, "blanket". Listen, my kids want nothing more than to have everything that I have...but in their own size.  And I'm sure your kids feel EXACTLY the same.  So this is the perfect way to make them happy and give them just that!

It looks and feels just like the issued Poncho Liner!  The only difference is the size.

We will offer these in 3 sizes and 2 color patterns: (Army Multicam and Marine MARPAT Digital Woodlands)

1) Baby (36"x30")

2) Toddler (60"x40")

3) Adult (82"x60") - (just in case you wanted one for yourself!)

Ever hear of the Daddy and Me combo - now you can do that!

In the case of the HSD Mini Woobie Baby size - swaddle them up and hold them on the couch as you cuddle with your own matching Adult size HSD Woobie that we offer. Or for your toddlers, get them the HSD Toddler size Mini Woobie that fits their toddler bed perfectly!

THE TIME HAS COME TO GET YOUR KID ONE IN THEIR OWN SIZE!!! HSD Woobie Poncho Liner Blanket Features:

  • Rip-Stop Nylon with Polyester Filling
  • 2 colors - Multicam and MARPAT
  • Multiple sizes depending on your kids age...or for you!
  • Baby size - No Tie off strings such as typical woobies - (choking hazard prevention)
    • Toddler and Adult size have 6 tie off string locations around the woobie
  • Makes for the perfect addition to the HSD DIAPER Bag for picnics, extra warmth in the colder months, etc..

As of 29 November, we are ALL STOCKED UP and available for sale.  You can get them from the HSD Shop or from Amazon! -HighSpeedDaddy
